SNC Incorporated is pleased to announce its role in the successful dual listing of Reconnaissance Energy Africa Ltd (ReconAfrica) on the Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX) under the symbol “REC.” As the first publicly traded oil and gas exploration company to be listed on the NSX, ReconAfrica provides local and regional investors with access to Namibia’s high-growth energy sector.

The firm’s role extended to reviewing and verifying relevant listing documents to ensure their accuracy, legal standing and full adherence to regulatory requirements, as well as providing updated ReconAfrica legal matters status.
