Since joining the firm, Shafimana has demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, legal expertise and client service. He has demonstrated great leadership qualities, high level of ethical standards and a deep understanding of the of law, especially in the areas of commercial, civil and corporate matters.
Shafimana has been with the SNC Incorporated since April 2021 when he joined the firm as an Associate, before being promoted to Senior Associate in 2022. He is an admitted legal practitioner of the High Court and Supreme Court of Namibia with experience in the energy, oil and gas, mining, commercial and corporate sectors and dispute resolution.
Not only is Shafimana well-qualified, he holds an LLM in Oil and Gas with Professional Skills from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland and an LLB from the University of Namibia, Namibia. He also possesses a combination of legal competence, strategic thinking, and empathetic understanding. Shafimana’s ascension to partner makes him one of the youngest partners in a firm within the Namibian legal fraternity at the age of 29 years old.
Under the guidance and mentorship of SNC Incorporated’s Managing Partner, Shakwa Nyambe, Shafimana has grown professionally, honing his skills and expanding his knowledge in various areas of the law.
